                              RESOLUTION NO. 21855
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
                 AT BELL AVENUE AND GURLEY STREET, TAX MAP NO.
                 135C-C-010, AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE
                 TRANSFER OF SAID SURPLUS PROPERTY TO TERRY
                 PARKS, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That certain property located at Bell
       Avenue and Gurley Street, Tax Map No. 135C-C-010, be and is 
hereby
       declared surplus; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Administrator of the
       Department of General Services be authorized to transfer said
       surplus property to Terry Parks, subject to certain conditions:
                 (1)  That there be no access points along the Gurley
                      Street side of the property; and
                
                 (2)  That a sight obscuring fence be erected of the 
same
                      height and material so as to match the fencing
                      requirements of the adjoining property along 
Gurley
                      Street; and
                
                 (3)  That conditions (1) and (2) of this Resolution
                      become effective at the time the adjoining 
property
                      accepts the existing zoning conditions.
